Those who love art will love to see the places where the original Delft Blue Pottery was (and is!) still made. Delft also happens to be the birthplace of the painter Vermeer. If you get the chance, it's also well worth taking a trip to The Hague. Just a few minutes' tram ride from Delft, the Netherlands' administrative capital is chock-full of impressive architecture and amazing museums.
